Vetting Source does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Candidate and client information is used to deliver our recruiting services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your right to opt out
Some state privacy laws, such as California’s, give residents the right to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information. Vetting Source LLC is based in Pennsylvania, and whether or not those laws apply to us, we offer this choice to everyone. Even though your information is never sold or passed along for advertising here, you can still submit a request. We will record your preference and apply it if our practices ever change.
How to submit a request
Email info@vettingsource.com with the subject line “Opt-Out Request: Do Not Sell My Information.” Please include:
- your full name;
- the email address and, if you wish, the phone number you have used with us; and
- your state of residence.
We do not require you to create an account, and we will ask only for the information needed to identify your records. We will act on your request within 15 business days.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as your instruction that information tied to that browser must never be sold or shared. You do not need to take any further action.
Authorized agents
You may have an authorized agent submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for written permission signed by you.
Your other privacy rights
You may also have the right to know, access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Our Privacy Policy explains these rights and how to exercise them.
No discrimination
We will not treat you differently, or deny you opportunities or services, because you exercised any of your privacy rights.
